Produksi dan Lifting Migas 2016 Melebihi Target

    Realisasi produksi minyak dan gas bumi diperkirakan mencapai 114% dari target 2016. Sepanjang 2016, rata-rata produksi minyak bumi sebesar 831 mbopd dan produksi gas bumi mencapai 1.418 mboepd. Total produksi migas sebesar 2.249 mboepd atau 114% dari target pada Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara Perubahan (APBNP) 2016 sebesar 1.970 mboepd,” ujar Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Ignasius Jonan.

Lifting migas mencapai 2.000 mboepd atau lebih tinggi daripada target 2016 sebesar 1.970 mboepd. Lifting minyak bumi sebesar 820,3 mhopd dan gas bumi 1.181,5 mboepd atau 102% dari target. Dalam APBNP 2016 ditargetkan 820 mbopd untuk minyak dan 1.150 mboepd untuk gas.

    Apresiasi saya untuk kerja keras seluruh pihak. Produksi dan lifting migas yang melebihi target tersebut terjadi di tengah rendahnya harga minyak dunia. Realisasi harga minyak Indonesia atau Indonesian Crude Price (ICP) hingga akhir 2016 diperkirakan US$ 39,5 per barel dengan asumsi harga di APBN-P 2016 US$ 40 per barel.

    Menteri ESDM menjelaskan pemerintah senantiasa mendorong iklim investasi di subsektor migas agar menjadi lebih bergairah. Salah satunya ialah dengan melakukan revisi atas PP Nomor 79 Tahun 2010 terkait dengan cost recovery. Dalam 2 tahun terakhir, industri migas mengalami tantangan rendahnya harga minyak sehingga berdampak pada aktivitas migas khususnya eksplorasi.

    Revisi Peraturan Pemerintah tersebut diharapkan dapat membuat aktivitas eksplorasi migas meningkat. Pemerintah menyiapkan skema kontrak bagi hasil migas gross split. Skema bagi hasil gross split migas disusun dengan tetap mendorong penguatan industri di dalam negeri
