ESDM Bahas Insentif lnpex

    Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) baru membahas satu dari lima permintaan lnpex Corp di proyék Kilang Darat untuk pengolahan gas dari Lapangan Abadi, Blok Masela. Lima permintaan itu, penambahan kapasitas kilang, perpanjangan kontrak 10 tahun, Internal Rate of Return (IRR)sebesar 15%, cost recovery selama masa eksplorasi, dan kemudahan perizinan dari pemerintah.

    Wakil Menteri ESDM Arcandra Tahar menyebut, pihaknya telah membahas dan telah mencapai beberapa poin kesepahaman soal penambahan kapasitas kilang LNG, dari kapasitas kilang LNG sebesar 7,5 juta ton per tahun (MTPA) menjadi 9,5 MTPA agar IRR sebesar 15% bisa terpenuhi. Sedang dipertimbangkan keekonomiannya, Salah satunya adalah menaikkan kapasitas produksi.

    Tapi belum kita putuskan, sedang kami evaluasi. Pasalnya meuurut Arcandra jika kapasitas kilang LNG ditambah hingga 9,5 MTPA maka akan ada penambahan sumur gas. Kemungkinan besar juga akan ada penambahan belanja modal. Namun besaran penambahan belanja modal belum diketahui karena nilai proyek Masela masih dihitung. Adapun permintaan yang lain masih dievaluasi satu per satu.
