Progress Blue Tiung Gas Project Still 44%

The early civil work (ECW) project of gas fieldization unit of Jambi Tiung Biru (JTB) until the end of May 2017 was only 44%. PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PP), as the main contractor of Pertamina EP Cepu, admitted that land acquisition constraints resulted in the slow progress of the project.

Regarding the acquisition of community land, it becomes the authority of Pertamina EP Cepu (PEPC) which will become the main operator in JTB project. PEPC has committed to the immediate settlement of community land compensation there.

"Now 44%, the target until December later this year, actually not too late. So the land constraints have not been released, now it is complete, "said Project Manager Control PT PP Akhlis Fitantao.

Land acquisition constraints are recognized Akhlis located in certain spots or points. Through communication with PEPC party, it is sure will be resolved soon. The work was done by PT PP currently leaves only a few small buildings and buildings.

Touched on whether there are delinquent payments to local contractors, Akhlis explained that funding support from PT PP itself depends on the ability of the center. Regarding the matter, PT PP has explained it to the Bojonegoro Regency Government directly to the Regent along with the organization of the local area (OPD) related.

Proyek early civil work (ECW) lapangan unitisasi gas Jambaran Tiung Biru (JTB) hingga akhir Mei 2017 ini tercatat baru mencapai 44%. Pihak PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PP) selaku kontraktor utama dari Pertamina EP Cepu mengaku adanya kendala pembebasan lahan mengakibatkan lambatnya pengerjaan proyek ini.

Mengenai pembebasan lahan milik masyarakat tersebut menjadi kewenangan dari Pertamina EP Cepu (PEPC) yang akan menjadi operator utama di proyek JTB. PEPC sudah memberikan komitmen akan melakukan penyelesaian dengan segera terhadap ganti rugi lahan milik masyarakat di sana.

“Sekarang 44%, target sampai Desember akhir tahun ini, sebenarnya tidak terlambat. Jadi kendala lahan belum dibebaskan, sekarang sudah tuntas,” kata Projects Control Manajer PT PP Akhlis Fitantao.

Kendala pembebasan lahan ini diakui Akhlis berada di spot atau titik-titik tertentu. Melalui komunikasi dengan pihak PEPC pihaknya yakin akan segera terselesaikan. Pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh PT PP saat ini hanya menyisakan urukan dan bangunan yang tergolong bangunan kecil.

Disinggung mengenai adakah tunggakan pembayaran terhadap kontraktor lokal, Akhlis menjelaskan bahwa dukungan dana dari PT PP sendiri bergantung kemampuan pusat. Mengenai hal itu PT PP sudah menjelaskannya kepada pihak Pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro secara langsung kepada Bupati beserta organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) terkait.
