Sebelum melakukan moving rig, pihaknya mengajukan izin kepada pihak desa yang ditembuskan kepihak kepolisian setempat. 

“Sebagai KKKS yang bekerja dibawah pengendalian dan pengawasan SKK Migas, JOB PPEJ melakukan semua kegiatan sesuai prosedur dan aturan yang berlaku,” katanya.

Meski sempat mendapat ancaman pemblokiran, namun moving rig dilakukan pukul 08.00 WIB berjalan lancar. Sebelum itu Pemerintah Desa (Pemdes) Ngampel, Kecamatan Kapas sempat mengancam melakukan aksi pemblokiran akses jalan menuju Pad B Sebelum ada pembayaran Tanah Kas Desa (TKD) yang sekarang digunakan sebagai akses jalan masuk Pad B.

“Pemerinath Desa memang sempat menuntut agar sewa Tanah Kas Desa (TKD) segera dibayar. Sedangkan ada regulasi baru yang mengatur untuk kepentingan negara tidak boleh menyewa, tapi harus di tukar/diganti. Alhamdulillah, aksi itu tidak terjadi. Moving rig berjalan lancar. Manajemen JOB PPEJ mengucapkan terima kasih atas pengertian warga," kata Akbar.

Proses tukar/ganti Tanah Kas Desa (TKD) itu, menurut Akbar,sekarang masih dalam proses. Sementara, pihak JOB PPEJ komitmen tetap membayar Tanah Kas Desa (TKD) yang digunakan untuk akses jalan itu dalam bentuk kompensasi. 

“Sekarang menggunakan sendiri karena akses yang memakai Tanah Kas Desa (TKD) diblokir warga,” katanya.

Sebelum itu, Kepala Polisi Resort Bojonegoro Ajun Komisaris Besar Polisi (AKBP) Wahyu Sri Bintoro membenarkan ada rencana warga yang melakukan aksi pemblokiran jalan. Kepala Polisi Resort menilai rencana pemblokiran kegiatan moving rig termasuk menghambat kegiatan perusahaan negara. Pihaknya mengimbau agar permasalahan tersebut bisa diselesaikan secara musyawarah.

“Jangan sampai kepentingan sepihak, bisa merugikan masyarakat luas dan merugikan negara. Kalau bisa dimediasi, kita mediasi,"

JOB PPEJ Give Education Media Crew for Entrepreneurship

In order to raise the spirit of journalists in Bojonegoro to develop business outside the profession as a journalist. Joint Operating Body of Pertamina Petrochina East Java (JOB PPEJ) held Media 2017 themed entrepreneurship or entrepreneurship in one of the restaurants of Pemuda Bojonegoro street yesterday (18/7).

Activities with the theme Entrepreneurship or Entrepreneurship presents speakers, Ir. Bagus A. Lesmana Lecturer of Ciputra University, Grendra Sri Bhismajurnalis who is also a coffee shop businessman.

On occasion, there were also representatives from Special Unit for Upstream Oil and Gas Activities (SKK Migas), Media Relation SKK Migas Suhendra Atmaja, Field Admin Superintendent JOB-PPEJ Akbar Pradima, and Dwi Eko Lokononto from beritajatimcom, Media Relation SKK Migas Suhendra Atmaja said, understanding of oil and gas journalism can not be separated from the notion of journalism in general.

But need to be understood, the profession as a journalist also have other opportunities such as entrepreneurship.

"I used to be a reporter in one of the television stations, but now it is a media relation, but it can be done without leaving journalism," said Suhendra.

JOB PPEJ encourages journalists in Bojonegoro to start a business or entrepreneurship as a sideline to sustain life to meet the needs of the family other than as a journalist.

"This medium of media education is a good moment to share experiences in entrepreneurship," said Field Admin Superintendent JOB PPEJ, Akbar Pradima.

Akbar also explained that this time education is not only to improve journalist communication with oil and gas company, but it is expected to add insight in the entrepreneurship sector which will undoubtedly increase the income of journalists.

In the education which was attended by dozens of journalists in Bojonegoro also featured resource practitioners of export in Surabaya Bagus Andris Lesmana who is also an outstanding lecturer.

"There is an opinion if you want to be rich do not be a journalist but a media entrepreneur," said moderator of media education Dwi Eko Lokononto of online media beritajatim.

On the occasion, all journalists who participated in the event were invited to simulate to design the business by determining the product of goods and how to market it.

Joint Operating Body Pertamina Petrochina East Java (JOB PPEJ) menggelar Edukasi Media 2017 bertema Enterpreneur atau Kewirausahaan di salah satu rumah makan jalan Pemuda Bojonegoro, kemarin (18/7).

Kegiatan dengan tema Enterpreneur atau Kewirausahaan tersebut menghadirkan pemateri, Ir. Bagus A. Lesmana Dosen Luar Biasa Universitas Ciputra, Grendra Sri Bhismajurnalis yang juga pengusaha warung kopi.

Pada kesempatan tersebut hadir juga perwakilan dari Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas), Media Relation SKK Migas Suhendra Atmaja, Field Admin Superintenden JOB-PPEJ Akbar Pradima, dan Dwi Eko Lokononto dari beritajatimcom, Media Relation SKK Migas Suhendra Atmaja mengatakan, pengertian jurnalisme migas tentu tidak terlepas dari pengertian jurnalisme pada umumnya. 

Namun perlu dipahami, profesi sebagai jurnalis juga punya peluang lain seperti wirausaha. 

"Dulu saya aktif menjadi reporter di salah satu stasiun televisi, tapi sekarang menjadi media relation. Itu contoh saja? namun usaha lain juga bisa dilakukan tanpa meninggalkan jurnalisme," ujar Suhendra.

JOB PPEJ mendorong kepada para jurnalis di Bojonegoro ini untuk memulai membuka usaha atau Berwirausaha sebagai sampingan untuk menopang hidup memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga selain sebagai jurnalis. 

"Giat edukasi media kali ini menjadi momen yang baik bertukar pengalaman dalam wirausaha," kata Field Admin Superintenden JOB PPEJ, Akbar Pradima.

Akbar juga menjelaskan edukasi kali ini tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan komunikasi jurnalis dengan perusahaan Migas, akan tetapi diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan dalam sektor wirausaha yang tidak dipungkiri nantinya bisa menambah pendapatan jurnalis.

Dalam edukasi yang diikuti puluhan wartawan di Bojonegoro juga menampilkan nara sumber praktisi ekspor di Surabaya Bagus Andris Lesmana yang juga dosen luar biasa. 

"Memang ada pendapat kalau ingin kaya jangan jadi wartawan tapi jadi pengusaha media," kata moderator edukasi media Dwi Eko Lokononto dari media online beritajatim.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut, seluruh wartawan yang ikut acara diajak melakukan simulasi untuk merancang bisnis dengan menentukan produk barang dan cara memasarkannya.

Bad odor Successfully Handled

JOB-PPEJ Ensure that residents can have activities as before

Bau Tak Sedap Berhasil Ditangani 

JOB-PPEJ Pastikan warga bisa beraktifitas seperti semula

Warga Desa Sambiroto, Kecamatan Kapas, Kabupaten Bojonegoro sudah mulai melakukan aktivitas seperti hari-hari setelah terpapar bau tidak sedap. Aktivitas normal ini terjadi setelah Joint Operating Body Pertamina PetroChina East Java (JOB-PPEJ) melakukan penanganan terhadap kebocoran gas saat proses work over atau perawatan sumur di Pad A.

Bau tidak sedap yang timbul itu membuat 27 warga mendapat perawatan karena mengeluh mual-mual. Satu warga lainnya yang sempat dirujuk ke rumah sakit karena mengalami muntah-muntah dan pusing juga sudah pulang. 

“Satu orang yang sempat dirujuk ke Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina juga sudah pulang,” ujar Kepala Desa Sambiroto, Sudjono.

Sudjono menambahkan, reaksi tubuh warga akibat bau busuk memang berbeda-beda. Jika sistem kekebalan tubuhnya lemah bisa mual pusing dan muntah, bahkan pingsan. 

Warga yang mencium bau tidak sedap itu berada di RT/Blok 9 hingga RT/Blok 12. Pihak desa bersama dengan operator JOB-PPEJ langsung mengevakuasi warga untuk mendapat penanganan medis. Mereka kemudian diobservasi di rumah masing-masing. Satu orang, Supiatun (52), warga Rt/Blok. 11 Rw. 02 di rujuk ke Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina.

Dihubungi terpisah, Kontraktor Kontrak Kerjasama (KKKS) Joint Operating Body Pertamina Petrochina East Java (JOB-PPEJ) memastikan bau tidak sedap yang tercium warga bukan akibat adanya pipa gas yang bocor. Bau tidak sedap yang tercium warga pada Senin (10/7) itu terjadi saat dilakukan kegiatan work over (perawatan sumur) di PAD A, tepatnya saat pencabutan cubing.

“Semburan bau tidak sedap itu sudah berhasil kami atasi. Penanganan terhadap warga yang mulai-mual pun sudah langsung dilakukan. Intinya, situasi sudah aman dan terkendali. Meski begitu kami meminta maaf atas ketidaknyamanan akibat bau tidak sedap itu,” kata Field Admin Superintendent (FAS) JOB PPEJ, Akbar Pradima, Senin (10/7).

Akbar Pradima menjelaskan, pekerjaan perawatan sumur atau work over adalah kegiatan rutin dalam industri migas. Meski sudah berupaya hati-hati dan cermat, tetapi tetap ada risiko semburan bau tidak sedap. Karena itulah, pihak JOB-PPEJ tiap tahun selalu melakukan pelatihan situasi tanggap darurat bersama warga di daerah sekitar wilayah operasi.

Kecepatan penanganan penyebaran bau tidak sedap ini merupakan hasil simulasi penanganan situasi tanggap darurat yang rutin dilakukan bersama warga.

East Kalimantan Block Can Be Returned

GROSS SPLIT SCHEME

The government recommends that PT Pertamina return the East Kalimantan Block to the government if management with a gross profit sharing scheme is less favorable to the company.

Since the beginning of this year, the government has reimbursed revenue-sharing schemes with production costs returned to contractors or cost recover with gross split for new contracts. Meanwhile, for the existing contracts still use the cost recovery scheme.

Through a gross split sharing scheme, oil and gas production costs are borne by contracting contractors. In January 2017, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (EMR) lgnasius Jonan commissioned Pertamina to take over eight working areas which would expire its contract with a gross profit sharing scheme regulated in Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation no. 8/2017.

The eight working areas are Tuban-East Java (JOB Pertamina-PetroChina East Java), Ogan Komering-South Sumatra Block (JOB Pertamina Talisman), Sanga-Sanga-East Kalimantan Block (Saka Energi); Southeast Sumatra Block (SES) -Lampung (CNOOC SES Limited); East-Kalimantan Block (Total E & P Indonesie); East-Kalimantan Attaka Block (Chevron), East Kalimantan-East Kalimantan (Chevron Indonesia Company) Block and North Sumatera Offshore-Aceh (Pertamina) Block.

EMR Deputy Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Arcandra Tahar, said that instead of adding time for the next 3 months, he suggested that the company immediately return the East Kalimantan Block if its development is not considered to be economically viable.

"Because time is very tight, we want, if not economical, we speed up the auction."

Earlier, Upstream Director of Pertamina Syamsu Alam said it had submitted the results of a study on the development of seven working areas that would expire and become a gross split contract.

The transition from the cost recovery contract to gross split resulted in the contractor being no longer able to get a return on operating costs. That way, all expenses incurred to be borne by the contractor and the revenue share set by the government have accommodated all possible costs.

The Company proposes additional review period for 3 months. If the government agrees, the company will review East Kalimantan's economic development. However, if the government does not agree, it returns East Kalimantan.

"The extension of our 3-month study from June to September has been delivered."

Pemerintah menyarankan agar PT Pertamina mengembalikan Blok East Kalimantan kepada pemerintah bila pengelolaan dengan Skema bagi hasil kotor atau gross split kurang menguntungkan perseroan.

Sejak awal tahun ini, pemerintah mengganti skema bagi hasil dengan biaya produksi yang dikembalikan kepada kontraktor atau cost recover dengan gross split untuk kontrak baru. Sementara itu, bagi kontrak eksis tetap menggunakan skema cost recovery.

Melalui skema bagi hasil gross split, biaya produksi migas ditanggung oleh kontraktor kontrak kerja sama. Pada Januari 2017, Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) lgnasius Jonan menugaskan kepada Pertamina untuk mengambil alih delapan wilayah kerja yang akan habis masa kontraknya dengan skema bagi hasil kotor yang diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri ESDM No. 8/2017.

Kedelapan wilayah kerja tersebut yakni Blok Tuban-Jawa Timur (JOB Pertamina-PetroChina East Java), Blok Ogan Komering-Sumatra Selatan (JOB Pertamina Talisman), Blok Sanga-Sanga-Kalimantan Timur (Saka Energi); Blok Southeast Sumatera (SES)-Lampung (CNOOC SES Limited); Blok Tengah-Kalimantan Timur (Total E&P Indonesie) ; Blok Attaka-Kalimantan Timur (Chevron), Blok East Kalimantan-Kalimantan Timur (Chevron Indonesia Company), dan Blok North Sumatera Offshore-Aceh (Pertamina).

Wakil Menteri ESDM Arcandra Tahar mengatakan daripada menambah waktu untuk melakukan kajian selama 3 bulan ke depan, dia menyarankan agar perseroan langsung mengembalikan Blok East Kalimantan bila pengembangannya dianggap tidak sesuai skala ekonomi.

Menurutnya, Kementerian ESDM baru saja menerima surat usulan dari Pertamina dua pekan lalu. Saat ini, pihaknya belum memberikan jawaban secara resmi kepada perseroan.

“Jadi untuk yang East Kalimantan, kita menyarankan kalau seandainya tidak ekonomis, langsung dikembalikan ke pemerintah,” ujarnya, Rabu (5/7).

Bila Pertamina segera mengembalikan Blok East Kalimantan, pemerintah segera melakukan lelang agar bisa menjaring pelaku usaha lain yang berminat. Adapun, wilayah kerja di lepas pantai itu akan berakhir masa kontraknya pada 24 Oktober 2018. Sejak awal 2016, Chevron sebagai operator telah menyatakan tidak akan melakukan perpanjangan kontrak. 

“Karena waktu sangat ketat, kami menginginkan, kalau tidak ekonomis, kita percepat lelang.” 

Sebelumnya, Direktur Hulu Pertamina Syamsu Alam mengatakan, pihaknya telah menyerahkan hasil kajian pengembangan tujuh wilayah kerja yang akan habis masa kontraknya dan beralih menjadi gross split.

Peralihan dari kontrak bagi hasil cost recovery menjadi gross split menyebabkan kontraktor tidak bisa lagi mendapatkan pengembalian biaya operasi. Dengan begitu, seluruh beban biaya yang dikeluarkan menjadi tanggungan kontraktor dan bagi hasil yang ditetapkan dengan pemerintah telah mengakomodasi seluruh kemungkinan biaya yang akan dikeluarkan.

Perseroan mengusulkan penambahan masa kajian lagi untuk 3 bulan. Bila pemerintah setuju, perseroan akan mengkaji keekonomian pengembangan East Kalimantan. Namun, bila pemerintah tidak setuju, pihaknya mengembalikan East Kalimantan. 

“Perpanjangan kajiannya 3 bulan dari Juni sampai September sudah kami sampaikan."

Pertamina Make sure Ogan Komering Block

    The Corridor Block contract will be terminated in 2023 after renewal in 2013. Currently, ConocoPhillips is waiting to be assured by the government whether the US oil and gas company will get a second contract extension.

PENGAMBILALIHAN PENGELOLAAN BLOK

SKK Migas meminta PT Pertamina untuk segera memutuskan kepastian pengambilalihan pengelolaan Blok Ogan Komering agar kesinambungan produksi migas di Sumatra Bagian Selatan tetap terjaga.

Blok Ogan Komering seluas 1.152 kilometer persegi yang membentang di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu, Ogan Ilir, dan Muara Enim, Provinsi Sumatra Selatan, bakal habis kontraknya pada 2018. Pada awalnya, Pertamina dan Talisman Energy merupakan kontraktor kontrak kerja sama (KKKS) Blok Ogan Komering dalam bentuk badan operasi bersama (JOB). Namun, pada Maret 2017 Talisman menjual 50% sahamnya kepada Jadestone Energy.

“Pada prinsipnya (untuk perpanjangan) diutamakan Pertamina. Tapi mereka masih review diambil atau tidak,” kata Kepala Urusan Keuangan Kantor Perwakilan Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi [SKK Migas] Sumatera Bagian Selatan, Muhammad Agus 

Blok Ogan Komering merupakan satu dari delapan wilayah kerja migas di Indonesia yang habis kontrak pada 2017 dan 2018. “Sumbangan Sumatera Bagian Selatan secara keseluruhan produksi migas tidak banyak berubah. Mungkin 10% dari seluruh Indonesia. Tidak terlalu signifikan dibandingkan dengan Riau dan Cepu,” ujarnya.

Jadestone Energy mencatat Blok Ogan Komering menghasilkan rata-rata 3.000 barel setara minyak per hari (boepd) dengan rincian 70% minyak dan 30% gas.

Produk hidrokarbon itu dihasilkan dari tiga lapangan yakni Air Serdang, Guruh, dan Mandala. Adapun, wilayah kerja migas paling produktif di Sumatera Bagian Selatan adalah Blok Coridor yang dioperatori ConocoPhillips (Grissik) Ltd. Pada Oktober 2016, gas yang dihasilkan blok itu tercatat sebesar 809 juta standar kaki kubik per hari (MMscfd). 

    Kontrak Blok Corridor akan berakbir pada 2023 setelah diperpanjang pada 2013. Saat ini, ConocoPhillips tengah menimggu kepastian dari pemerintah apakah perusahaan migas asal Amerika Serikat itu akan mendapatkan perpanjangan kontrak untuk kali kedua.

Ngampel Village Government Ready to Lead Entry Access

Pemerintah Desa Ngampel Siap Memimpin Akses Masuk

Pemerintah Desa Ngampel, Kecamatan Kapas, Kabupaten Bojonegoro berencana tidak memperpanjang kontrak sewa lahan Tanah Kas Desa (TKD) yang digunakan sebagai akses menuju lokasi Blok Sukowati PAD B Tuban-JAwa Timur, milik operator Minyak dan Gas Bumi (Migas) Joint Operating Body Pertamina Petrochina East Java (JOB PPEJ).

Alasannya, proses perizinan pasar Desa Ngampel yang diajukan kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro belum keluar. Pihak operator berharap Pemerintah Desa Ngampel bersikap bijaksana dan mengurungkan niat untuk menutup akses menuju Lokasi Sukowati Pad B tersebut.

Menurut Field Administration Superintendent JOB PPEJ, Akbar Pradima, jika melihat pada isi surat kepala desa Ngampel yang dilayangkan ke JOB PPEJ pada 15 Juni 2017, permasalahan perijinan pembangunan pasar Desa Ngampel merupakan permasalahan antara Pemerintah Desa dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sehingga tidak ada sangkut pautnya dengan perpanjangan sewa lahan Access Road Sukowati Pad B. 

“Jangan sampai JOB PPEJ terbawa kedalam permasalahan antara Pemerintah Desa Ngampel dan Pemkab Bojonegoro,” ujarnya.

Sebelumnya pada 15 Juni 2017, masyarakat dan Pemerintah Desa Ngampel, Kecamatan Kapas, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, sepakat untuk tidak memperpanjang sewa Tanah Kas Desa (TKD) yang digunakan sebagai akses masuk menuju sumur minyak Pad B, Lapangan Sukowati, Blok Tuban yang dioperasikan JOB-PPEJ.

Adapun alasan mereka tidak memperpanjang sewa tanah tersebut karena Pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro terkesan mempersulit pembangunan pasar desa Ngampel. Apabila Pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro tidak memberikan izin pembangunan pasar desa, maka Pemerintah Desa dan masyarakat setempat akan menutup akses jalan menuju Pad B tersebut pada 21 Juni 2017 hari ini sesuai perjanjian sewa. 

Terkait sewa lahan Access Road lokasi Sukowati Pad B yang masa sewanya sudah berakhir 20 Juni 2017 kemarin, Akbar menjelaskan bahwa dalam Undang-undang No. 2 Tahun 2012 pasal 10 tentang Pengadaan Tanah Bagi Pembangunan untuk kepentingan umum, disebutkan bahwa pengadaan tanah untuk kegiatan usaha hulu minyak dan gas bumi termasuk dalam kegiatan pembangunan untuk kepentingan umum dan penggunaan tanah bagi pembangunan untuk kepentingan umum tidak mengenal mekanisme sewa, oleh karena itu harus dilakukan pelepasan hak.

Maka merujuk pada Undang-Undang No. 2 Tahun 2012, JOB PPEJ berencana melakukan koordinasi terlebih dahulu dengan Pemerintah Desa Ngampel untuk melakukan tukar menukar aset desa berupa tanah dengan menggunakan nilai wajar hasil perhitungan tenaga penilai.

“Jadi kami berharap kerjasama dari Pemerintah Desa Ngampel agar proses pelaksanaan tukar guling ini dapat berjalan dengan cepat dan lancar sehingga sama-sama menguntungkan kedua belah pihak,” tambahnya.

Menanggapi permasalahan itu, Kepala Seksi Bina Keuangan dan Aset Desa, Dinas Pemberdayaaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintah Desa (DPMPD) Kabupaten Bojonegoro, M Affan mengatakan, Pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro tidak pernah mempersulit pembangunan pasar Desa Ngampel. Karena semua harus sesuai dengan ketentuan untuk menghindari masalah hukum ke depannya. 

“Saat ini, Pemerintah Desa Ngampel harus mengajukan izin penggunaan lahan melalui peruntukannya dan itu belum mereka ajukan. Kalau memang Pemerintah Desa ingin mendapatkan izin pembangunan pasar Desa, Pemerintah Desa Ngampel harus mengikuti prosedurnya,” katanya.

Petrochina Begins to Explore Oil and Gas Downstream Business in Indonesia

“Sudah ada arahan dari pusat (holding di Tiongkok) untuk mencoba diskusi dengan mitra atau stakeholder tidak hanya di up stream (hulu), tapi juga di hilir (down stream),” kata VP Government Relations Petrochina Indonesia Budi Setiadi.

Budi mengatakan, bisnis sektor hilir yang dijajaki yakni kilang atau distribusi. Saat ini Petrochina terus membuka peluang dengan berbagai pihak untuk mengembangkan bisnis migas, termasuk dengan PT Pertamina. “Petrochina akan terus mengembangkan operasi di Indonesia, bisa juga main di refinery. Tidak hanya minyak dan gas, tapi chemical. Teknologi dan dana kami siap,” kata dia.

Budi mengatakan, ketertarikan Petrochina di sektor hilir migas sejalan berkembangnya perusahaan yang sudah 15 tahun beroperasi di Indonesia. “Jadi bukan karena bisnis di hulu sedang lesu,” kata dia.

Di sisi lain, Budi mengatakan, Petrochina juga terus mencari blok migas baru seiring akan berakhirnya blok Tuban pada Februari 2018. Menurutnya jika ada wilayah kerja yang menarik dan ekonomis akan dipertimbangkan untuk diakuisisi. “Kami sudah melakukan pembicaraan awal dengan Pertamina yang menjadi mitra perseroan di Tuban, bicara secara business to business, apa bisa masuk lagi” kata Budi.

Diketahui, wilayah kerja blok Tuban Jawa Timur dimiliki oleh PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) Tuban East Java sebesar 50 persen, Petrochina International Java 25 persen dan PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Tuban sebesar 25 persen. Pada awal tahun ini, pemerintah sudah memtuskan untuk memberikan pengelolaan blok Tuban kepada PHE.

Budi mengatakan, Petrochina pada tahun 2017 menargetkan produksi 80.000 - 85.000 BOEPD. Angka ini turun dari 2016 sebesar 90 BOEPD seiring lesunya industri. “Ini normal dan natural, industrinya memang menurun,” kata Budi.
