Downstream PNBP Oil and gas Reached Rp 1.05 Trillion

The Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency (BPH Migas) from January to mid November 2017, has listed Non-Tax State Revenues (PNBP) of Rp 1.05 trillion. That number exceeded the target of 16% of the target of Non-Tax State Revenues (PNPB) of 900 billion.

EMD Ministry spokesman Dadan Kusdiana said, with conditions like this, until the end of 2017, estimated total PNBP BPH Migas will reach Rp 1.1 trillion.

"This means that the average monthly PNBP BPH Migas reaches Rp 88.8 billion," he said in a release on Thursday (23/11).

PNBP BPH Migas is derived from two types of revenue, namely the contribution of business entities from the business of supply and distribution of fuel oil (BBM) of Rp 777 billion (74%). Then from the business activities of natural gas transportation through pipeline of Rp 269 billion (26%)

In 2016, BPH Migas which also targets PNBP figure of Rp 900 billion, with year-end achievement of Rp 1.083 trillion (120%). In recent years, BPH Migas has always submitted most of the PNBP from fuel and natural gas contributions.

PNBP Hilir Migas Mencapai Rp 1,05 Triliun

Badan Pengatur Hilir Minyak dan Gas Bumi (BPH Migas) mulai Januari sampai pertengahan November 2017, telah mencatatkan Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) sebesar Rp 1,05 triliun. Angka tersebut melampaui target sebesar 16% dari target Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNPB) yang sebesar 900 miliar.

Juru bicara Kementerian ESDM Dadan Kusdiana bilang, dengan kondisi seperti ini, hingga akhir tahun 2017, diperkirakan total PNBP BPH Migas akan mencapai Rp 1,1 triliun. 

"Artinya, PNBP BPH Migas perbulan rata-rata mencapai Rp 88,8 miliar," kata dia dalam rilis, Kamis (23/11).

PNBP BPH Migas ini berasal dari dua jenis pendapatan, yakni pendapatan iuran badan usaha dari kegiatan usaha penyediaan dan pendistribusian bahan bakar minyak (BBM) sebesar Rp 777 miliar (74%). Kemudian dari kegiatan usaha pengangkutan gas bumi melalui pipa sebesar Rp 269 miliar (26%)

Tahun 2016, BPH Migas yang juga menargetkan angka PNBP sebesar Rp 900 miliar, dengan pencapaian akhir tahun Rp 1,083 trililun (120%). Beberapa tahun terakhir, BPH Migas tercatat selalu menyerahkan sebagian besar PNBP dari iuran BBM dan iuran gas bumi.
